Just moved? Old keypad on the fritz?
Our first response is to reprogram the keypad to the operator. Sometimes the batteries die and they simply get kicked off the operator. Simply follow the steps below to pair it.

STEP 1) PROGRAMMING A PIN NUMBER
- Program the keypad for the first time* with a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This PIN must be 3 to 8 digits.
- Ensure number pad back lighting is off.
- Press 3-5-7 in sequence.
- Press PROGRAM key. LED will blink once per second.
- Enter a PIN number (3-8 digits).
- Press PROGRAM key. LED will blink twice and shut off.
STEP 2) PROGRAMMING THE KEYPAD TO 1 OPENER
- Place garage door opener into PROGRAMMING MODE. Locate the Learn Code button. (Odyssey/Destiny: Press the black square button until it turns purple) (Legacy: Press the black or red button 1x until it flashes red)
- Ensure number pad back lighting is off.
- Enter the PIN number on keypad.
- Press the UP/DOWN key 3 to 4 times slowly until garage door opener operates.

Found at the bottom of the list, the learn code button is a small pin under the red radio signal light.
